rate for a letter of 151–160 grams, with red and white Yokohama
registration label, red "Via Vancouver" instructional handstamp,
and red circular Dubuffet & Cie / Paris & Yokohama commercial
cachet, addressed to the firm's headquarters at 13, Rue Bleue,
Paris, reverse with small red wax seal and Paris-12 arrival (5
Oct), edge creasing as often found on such large covers, vertical
fold through one 15s adhesive, a rare rate.
