Poland, 1919–1999, primarily mint collection in twelve Lindner hingeless albums with slipcases, including regular issues, semi-postals, airmails, postage dues, newspaper stamps, Second World War General Government (German occupation) issues, and some Polish Forces abroad, featuring particular strength in the issues of the 1950s to the 1990s with a strong showing of souvenir sheets and a number of extra imperforate sets, among the earlier and better items we note the 1919 Northern and Southern Poland “Eagle & Fasces” definitive series (Scott 81–132, mint), the 1922 Union with Upper Silesia set (Scott 170–190), and the 1924 Arms of Poland set (Scott 205–214), later highlights include the 1973 10z + 5z “Polska 73” International Philatelic Exhibition souvenir sheets (Scott B128 and B128a) accompanied by a ticket to the exhibition, and the 1977 8z + 4z sepia “Stoning of St. Stephen” souvenir sheet with an additional black print, cleanly presented in premium albums, condition is generally fine to very fine with usual minor imperfections, much is never hinged, a substantial collection for expansion.
