1931 (December), Walvis Bay Christmas Flight, registered postal stationery cover of South Africa, overprinted S.W.A., uprated with Air Post single 4d and 3d pair, all tied by AIR MAIL / LUGPOS / WALVIS BAY cancellation, with double-circle c.d.s. at left (7 Dec) tying BY AIR MAIL / PER LUGPOS label, endorsed in manuscript "XMas Flight / via Kimberley / Cairo & Croydon", reverse with Niederfischbach c.d.s. arrival backstamp, a couple scattered spots, else very fine and attractive.
